WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
Pickups are available Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm.
Courier Service
3-5 Business Day (West Malaysia)
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:
Courier service 3-5 Business Day (West Malaysia) :
1kg : RM7.42,
2kg: RM8.27,
3kg: RM9.12,
4kg: RM9.96,
5kg: RM10.81
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday. To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm EST.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
